Niacinamide + ceramides
What the source says
Cleveland Clinic lists ceramide moisturizers among the products that go with niacinamide. It suggests applying niacinamide following your moisturizer, or mixing a niacinamide serum into the moisturizer and putting both on together. Only one source covers this pair, and our own testing is nil.
Where it can still go wrong
A listing in an article does not guarantee what your skin will do. Cleveland Clinic calls niacinamide generally gentle, yet notes rare itching, redness, a mild burning feeling or an allergic response. Its suggestion for worried people is a forearm patch test with a small amount, then a 24 hour wait.
A cautious way to start
Start with a single product, do the forearm test, and only then layer on the second. Quit if your skin stings or reddens. Cosmetic guidance, not medical advice.

Cleveland Clinic lists ceramide moisturizers as a niacinamide pairing and gives the layering and patch-test advice. It does not study this exact combination in the products you own.
