Terms of Use

Last updated: this version of Nitavera.

1. What Nitavera is

Nitavera is an educational tool that estimates skin characteristics from a photo and your answers, then suggests skincare ingredients and a routine. It uses heuristic computer vision running in your browser — not a medically-trained diagnostic model.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing in Nitavera is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results are estimates and can be affected by lighting, camera, and photo quality. Patch-test new products. See a licensed dermatologist or physician for any skin concern that is painful, scarring, rapidly changing, or not improving in 8–12 weeks, or before starting any new active ingredient — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication (e.g., isotretinoin), or have a skin condition or allergy.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use Nitavera for your own personal, lawful purposes.
  • Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use.
  • Don't misuse, attack, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

4. Premium / beta

Premium features are currently offered free during beta and may change. Pricing, availability, and features may be updated at any time. No payment is collected in this version.

5. No warranty

Nitavera is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, results, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitavera and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output. You use it at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

This is a general template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before a real public/commercial launch.
